INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONNECTED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY SAVYNG.IT

This information is provided pursuant to the European Regulation on the protection of personal data 2016/679, c.d. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – General data protection regulation), and of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196, so-called Privacy Code (as amended by Legislative Decree 10 August 2018, n. 101), with the aim of providing information about the purposes and methods of processing personal data, any recipients of the same as well as the rights recognized to the interested parties.

1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data

The processing involves the following types of data:

a) Telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and name

You are informed that your personal data are processed for the purpose of

a) to be able to contact you again to provide you with information about the analysis service you requested.

b) provide you with information about active services

The personal data described in this information are processed for the purposes mentioned above and specifically with the following legal bases:

a) art. 6, par. 1 letter B) of EU Regulation 679/2016: the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same;

b) art. 6, par. 1 letter B) of EU Regulation 679/2016: the interested party has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

2. Processing methods

The processing of personal data will be carried out with paper tools and with the aid of electronic or automated means in accordance with the principles of necessity and minimization, and so only for the time strictly required to achieve the purposes pursued. The data controller adopts adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an appropriate level of security with respect to the type of data processed.

a) The use of personal data is necessary, in relation to the purpose a) described in point 1 of this information, in order to be able to provide you with the requested service. Your refusal or the provision of inaccurate and / or incomplete information could prevent the Data Controller from fulfilling the stipulated contract.

b) The use of personal data is optional, in relation to the purpose b) described in point 1 of this information, in order to be able to provide you with the requested information. Your refusal or the provision of inaccurate and / or incomplete information could prevent the Data Controller from providing you with the requested information.

6. Communication and dissemination of personal data

Your data will be processed exclusively by the Data Controller, by the appointed managers as well as by the related personnel specially trained in data processing and protection in order to ensure the same level of security offered by the Data Controller. Personal data will never be disclosed to third parties except in fulfillment of any legal obligations. The data will not be disclosed in any way.

7. Automated processes and profiling

The personal data provided are not subject to any fully automated decision-making process, including profiling, which may produce legal effects on you, or which may significantly affect your person.

8. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union

The data collected and processed are not transferred to companies or other entities outside the EU territory.

9. Data retention times

We inform you that your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to provide the service requested by you and for any subsequent renewals as regards the purpose a) described in point 1 of this information. The same data will be kept for the period necessary to be able to provide you with the information requested by you as regards the purpose b) described in point 1 of this information.

10. Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to art. 15-22 of the GDPR, you can assert the following rights:

right of access to data, by making an appropriate request for the following information: purposes and methods of processing; categories of personal data in question; recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed; data retention period; logic applied to the treatment; identification details of the owner and managers;
right to request the rectification or integration of the data;
right to request cancellation (in the cases provided for by the Regulations), transformation of data into anonymous form and blocking of data if processed in violation of the law, without prejudice to all the conservation obligations imposed by law;
right to data portability;
right to object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons.
